After years of experience in the manufacture of spirals and as a result of our ongoing investigation in search of exceeding our own standards of quality and productivity, today we manufacture products of excellent quality export.
The manufacture of spiral comprises nine processes, which are conducted in the industrial plant located in the port city of Villeta. To this end we have provided the plant machinery, technology and human resource quality, which allows achieve the quality standards sought.

SAWDUST COLLECTING
The palo santo and lapacho sawdust are collected from sawmills carried to a special dryer machine that control humidity percentage demandable.

SAWDUST GRINDING
Next processing consist to store sawdust on a turbemill to reduce particles produced by impact sail. At the same time the machine produces an air current that lets milling cross through this system.

SAWDUST FILTRATION
The machines produces a cyclone simulation, that takes material to another engine that removes, in this way the material selected to be used, raising from the bottom to sieve, while the thinner fraction is introduced to a hose filter.

PROCESSING AND MIXER
All materials used on mosquito coil goes to a mixer engine, where they have been composed to become a homogeneous mass.

PRODUCING THE SPIRAL DOUGH
From de mixer engine the dough pass to the extractor, that will be risencto a mass that feeds the cutting process.

MINT AND CUTTING
To the spiral dough that slips on transportation tape, is applied a cut, in this way the spiral acquires its shape, the borders are cleaned up, and finally the spiral couples moulded by the mint are dropped.

DRYING
The mosquito coil couples are taken out from the trasnportation tape, they are amassed over axles, from here they are ready to be used.

QUALITY CONTROL
Once the mosquito coil are removed from furnace, a quality control is applied to through away those defectives, but those with faults are recycled.

PACKING
The mosquito coil are placed on polietyleneon envelopes, from there to boxes, adding the metal holders. After this process the boxes are tidy placed to fit pallets.
